Morochians of the Month: November

Congratulations to this month’s group of outstanding Morochians! The Morochians of the Month awards program rewards employees who exceed expectations and shine for all of their contributions and efforts each month. Erin Hanley Studio Designer, Dallas Our McDonald’s teams have been working several digital jobs, and one in particular has required a lot of extra work. So much work, in fact, that our lead designer/developer asked to bring on some help in order to hit some aggressive deadlines. That help was Erin Hanley. Though she wasn’t involved with the project to begin with, she was willing to put in extra time, both after work and on the weekend, to illustrate a ton of art assets for the digital game we are creating. On top of that, her illustrations were top level. We are truly blown away at both her willingness to put in the extra time on a job that she wasn’t responsible for and the high level of execution she delivered. Barbara Barnes Creative Director, Dallas During the month of October, Barbara went the entire month without a single day off. Between client shoots over the weekends, prepping for those shoots and additional client meetings, Barbara always has a great attitude and never complains. She has truly exemplified the Moroch principles: Do what’s right and never give up, take ownership and always exceed expectations. Thanks for the hard work Barbara! Shelby Emery Account Coordinator, Sacramento Shelby has been with Moroch since March 2014 and during that time has shown us that she embodies the Moroch spirit of Take Ownership. Most recently Shelby has led the charge of the details for our September Planning Meetings for four Co-ops including meeting theme, decorations, Operator goody bags and more.  Additionally, she helped manage and execute multiple event activations all during the same time frame with a smile on her face. Shelby has proven herself as a champion and fighter with a true Moroch spirit. We appreciate everything Shelby does and know she will continue to do amazing things at Moroch! Travis Caison Account Coordinator, Charlotte Since Travis joined the Charlotte Team in March, he has certainly taken the “Durham Bull by the horns” and become a significant team member at lightning speed. Travis continues to ask for, and take ownership of event activation, client calls and added value with our broadcast partners. Travis has already become the go-to guy for clients and has developed a great understanding of our clients’ business.  Above all, he does it while remaining calm and just plain doing whatever-it-takes-to-get-it-done.
