CHALLENGE
Dated campaigns for the Glass Doctor brand were in need of a refresh with a clear proposition to create engagement for residential customers. Additionally, the new brand direction needed to drive adoption of the new campaign across local and national marketing.
SOLUTION
We created a campaign centered around a central theme ownable to the brand: The Doctor is in. This work brought entrainment value and a smile to a strong brand promise to connect with customers.
RESULTS
Glass Doctor owners got their first look at this new campaign at Neighborly’s annual corporate meeting. Reaction was overwhelmingly positive and we can’t wait to share how the work moves the needle for local franchisees all across North America.
