CHALLENGE
Mr. Rooter was struggling to set themselves apart from other plumbing and tri-service brands aggressively stealing market share. They needed to re-launch with a new and improved, ownable brand identity.
SOLUTION
When plumbing issues arise, life can grind to a halt, fast. So, we created re-launch assets that promised Mr. Rooter would “get your life flowing again.” And to bring a dramatic effect to broadcast, we leaned on a director of photography responsible for a host of Marvel productions.
RESULTS
Rolled out at Neighborly’s annual corporate meeting to Mr. Rooter owners, this creative earned a huge round of applause. Not always an easy feat when a new campaign has to connect with customers, and owners, at a local level all across North America.
