CHALLENGE

Decentralized marketing led to highly fragmented local advertising for Precision Garage Door Service. The brand needed a new campaign to help increase awareness and to standardize and better integrate local and national marketing efforts.

SOLUTION

The answer was reminding homeowners of how it feels to need help with your garage door. You hit the button and nothing. There’s a weird noise or a grinding sound you feel in the pit of your stomach. The moment your garage door doesn’t work it hits you. Uh-oh. But we promised turn uh-oh into oh-yeah.

RESULTS

When we debuted to the work at Neighborly’s annual corporate meeting, owners across the system finally felt they had the campaign they’d been looking for. It felt great to take the brand from uh-oh to oh-yeah!
